Exagogica was started in 2014 after twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in the field of software development and related consultancy. It is an innovative start-up. It exists to develop and bring to market the best system for the management of continuous improvement of resources.

Thanks to artificial intelligence and the experience gained by Exagogica in the development of personnel management systems in the major Italian industrial groups, Mundamundis was born, active since January 2019, a platform that makes the job matching supply and demand simple, a real marketplace that allows candidates, companies and intermediaries to easily interact with each other.

 

It is a place where job supply and demand meet quickly and easily and where all those working in the world of work can meet: unemployed and employees, companies, employment agencies and vocational training agencies. Mundamundis provides all of these people with an innovative system that uses artificial intelligence. Through some simple questions, Mundamundis is able to estimate the skills developed by people through their education and work experiences. Using the same method, it is able to define which skills a company is really looking for in its job offer.

 

Through the advice of the platform, companies can create offers for profiles that are realistically present in the area of ​​interest. What is DReCT? 

DReCT is a test born from a twenty-year research experience.  It is a tool easy to use, fast and accurate. Characterized by high predictive capability, it has been engineered to be efficiently used both within large organizations and in smaller ones. It is an immediate way  to evaluate the "soft" skills of people and a basic tool to assess their capability to have a role in a specific operational area within an organization. 
 
Soft skills are so called because they are required, in varying degrees, in any relational or productive activity. Several aspects are analyzed such us: the person's capability to make decisions, react to stressful elements, receive and provide information, engage himself/herself with enthusiasm in achieving his/her own goals.
 
Drive, Skills and features 
DReCT system performs the evaluation of people on 16 basic competences (Skills), organized in 4 areas (Drives): Decision, Stress resistance, Communication, Enthusiasm towards change and it provides an overview of strength, weakness, risks and professional opportunities of the person examined.

PACE Assessment Exagogica

PACE is a is an immediate way to assess people's attitudes in relating to a team. The test is born from a twenty-year experience in organizational counselling and analysis of the most important leadership models and team building internationally recognized: their inclination to ensure a high level of performance, the capability of creating and maintaining balance in relationships, working for the continuous improvement of the organization and correctly performing the activities assigned to them.
It is an easy to use, fast and accurate tool.  Characterized by high predictive capability, it has been engineered to be used both within large organizations and in smaller ones.
 
Drive, attitudes and features
 
Pace system analyzes the attitudes and values of the person in relation to the participation and management of a work team within an organized context. It presents 12 different indicators grouped into 4 areas: Performance, Balance, Change, Execution. The evaluation provided by a specific Pace drive is just the outcome of the levels achieved in the 3 attitudes on which it is based.  Indeed, PACE model consists of a set of 12 attitudes in total that are examined and evaluated by the test.

Closely linked to the philosophy and themes on which the entire research of Exagogica is developed, "Beatrix Conference" is born, an event entirely dedicated to the themes of Human Capital development and which in June 2019 inaugurates its first edition in the city of Vasto (CH ).

 

The global crisis that began in the autumn of 2008 changed the Italian productive fabric and generated a real identity crisis that today, more than ten years after the start of the process, has become systemic and is likely to become chronic.

 

Beyond the contingent motivations, the real problem of the Italian system lies not in the lack of capital or infrastructure, but in the reduction of its human capital which, in the last thirty years, has absolutely failed to adapt to the changes imposed by the advent of globalization and the Digital Age.

 

Beatrix Conference was born with this purpose in mind: to create a public occasion of mutual exchange between professionals from different fields, united by the commitment to develop Human Capital, which is so poor in Italy today, and the ability to bring significant experiences.
