Assessment center

Assessment delivery

Assessment Center manages skills and aptitudes assessment campaigns in a simple and effective way. In Assessment Center, new users can be entered and activated in a few clicks. Just choose the tests they have to respond to and the system takes care of sending them notifications and credentials to access the app.

Before carrying out the assessment, users are asked to carry out a self-assessment of the dimensions underlying the test. Using the app is very simple, it usually takes place on the smartphone and tests can also be interrupted and then resumed. The backend system follows users’ activities in real time, so that is always possible if users have started the test, if they have completed it or if they have stopped it. At the end of the test their results can be calibrated and validated. With a simple button, the system will generate the report that will be made immediately available on the app to the user.

User results are always available in the administration system. By this way, on the Assessment Center for each test, it is possible to trace these three elements: the feedback with respect to the model, the perception of the person and the calibration by the evaluator.

Comparison aggregated analysis

Assessment Center provides multiple functions that generate added value from the assessments performed.

With team results comparison features, it is possible to identify the overall best performing person or the one who comes closest to a certain combination of results. Within a group it is also possible to compare different “clusters” with each other. What are the results of women compared to those of men? What are the results of the young compared to the less young, or of the employed compared to the non-employed? Assessment Center answers these and other questions that can make a difference when analyzing the results.

Sometimes it is necessary to compare the results with the expected values of a specific ideal profile. This happens especially when you have to answer questions such as one of the following: Who is the most suitable person to fill the role of head of office? Who can face problems in the next organizational change? Who would have the characteristics to take on the qualification of specialist in the new foreign office? To answer questions like these, the first step is to determine the requirements, including in terms of soft skills or team work skills.

In Assessment Center you can define the requirements of the ideal profiles and check who is closest to you with just a few clicks. The compatibility index, in fact, highlights the people with the most similar values to those required. The system, then, offers the possibility of verifying any gaps in the detailed analysis.

Another possibility offered by the Assessment Center is the analysis of the distribution of values within the team. With this feature, you can determine which are the critical skills or aptitudes, in order to prepare recovery plans. It also becomes extremely easy to identify the best and worst for each analyzed dimension, in order to define development and training programs

The basic tests provided by Exagogica (DReCT, PACE and DRAW) are always available on Assessment Center. Also third-party tests can be provided. Soft skills

Soft skills are those skills that can be applied by each of us on multiple occasions, both in professional and private life. Soft skills are defined differently by various models, but some areas of expertise are recognized by all scholars as being particularly relevant.

Among these, the ability to manage confrontation, resistance to stress, the ability to communicate by sharing information and to constantly motivate oneself are at the heart of the test we have called DReCT. For each area we have identified four basic skills. The values obtained on each of these sixteen competences are indicative of the person’s ability to face the challenges he may encounter in different contexts.

Leadership e team working

The ability to work in a team (Team Working) is perhaps the most relevant of all attitudes. Leadership is part of it and constitutes its most important aspect, especially in the management of professional contexts.

PACE is a test born from twenty years of experience in organizational advice and from the analysis of the most important internationally recognized leadership and team working models. It represents an immediate way to evaluate the attitudes of people when they have to work in a group: their inclination to guarantee the achievement of the expected performances, the ability to maintain harmony in relationships, the efforts to govern the continuous change of the organization, the proactive attitude in the execution of the required tasks.

Digital readiness

The DRAWDigital Readiness Assessment Whorts assessment allows you to estimate the overall attitude of people to embrace the digital revolution and predicts their behavior regarding to the challenges that digitalization brings in personal and professional life.
